1. Delivery Coverage
    • Service Area: Delivery is available within Singapore mainland only.
      • Surcharge of $18 per invoice applies to delivery to Sentosa
      • Surcharge of $12 per invoice applies to delivery to Jurong Island
    • Delivery Partners: We partner with reliable third-party delivery services to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
      • NOTE: Users to ensure destination allow the entry and have valid parking for 14’ truck.
  2. Order Placement
    • Order Channels: Orders can be placed through our website, by phone (83789692) or by email (contactus@murraysempire.com).
    • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be eligible for next-available delivery day.
  3. Delivery Time
    • Standard Delivery Time: Deliveries are typically made between 10 AM to 6 PM on weekdays only.
    • Urgent Delivery: For an additional $50 per invoice, urgent delivery within next delivery day is available in selected areas.
    • Specific Time Requests: While we strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to varying traffic and weather conditions.
  4. Temperature Control and Packaging
    • Packaging: All products are delivered in temperature-controlled vehicles to maintain optimal temperature during transit.
    • Quality Assurance: We take every precaution to ensure that beverages remain frozen and in perfect condition upon arrival. However, slight melting may occur during transit, especially in hot weather.
  5. Delivery Fees
    • Standard Delivery Fee: $10 delivery fee applies to all orders of one carton and above, within the service area.
    • Free Delivery: Free delivery is available for orders over $100. Surcharge may still apply for some locations and goes directly to the last mile service provider.
  6. Delivery Tracking
    • Real-time Tracking: Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order is received, allowing them to track the delivery status.
    • Notifications: Customers will be notified by SMS or email when the delivery is on its way and when it has been delivered.
  7. Handling of Undelivered Orders
    • Failed Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the order at the specified delivery time, our delivery partner will attempt to contact the customer. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our facility, and the customer may need to arrange a new delivery at their expense.
    • Redelivery Charges: A redelivery fee of $10.00 will apply for every subsequent delivery attempt, including any associated surcharges.
  8. Returns and Refunds
    • Non-Refundable: All sales are final, please check the items upon receiving them.  We do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect. For follow-up purposes, please submit a photo/video of the damaged/incorrect item/s.
    • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If the order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery at 83789692 or email us at contactus@murraysempire.com. We will arrange for a replacement as appropriate. Do not throw the items away.
  9. Customer Responsibility
    • Storage Upon Delivery: Customers are responsible for promptly placing the frozen beverages in a freezer or consuming them immediately upon receipt to maintain product quality. NOTE: There must be someone present to receive the delivery.
    • Special Instructions: Customers should provide any special instructions (e.g., gate codes, specific delivery instructions) at the time of ordering to ensure smooth delivery.
  10. Amendments and Cancellations
    • For any amendments, please contact our customer service at least 24hours before delivery date.
    • Amendment and cancellations are only confirmed if you received a reply from our team that it has been processed.
  11. Health and Safety Compliance
    • Hygiene Standards: All our products are prepared, packaged, and delivered following strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure customer safety.
    • Regulatory Compliance: We comply with all relevant Singaporean regulations regarding food safety and delivery.
